    returns policy

    items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

    refunds only given if product is faulty- a credit will be provided in order to exchange for other goods should you require an alternative

    please obtain a returns no prior to returning otherwise all returned items will be refused.

    exchanges will incur a delivery charge

    the customer is responsible for all return postage and charges

    all items must be in condition they were in upon delivery to custmer

    for own protection we recommend all items sent to us are insured as we cannot accept liability if undelivered

    cancelled orders

    should you wish to cancel order you have 7 days in which to do this, however you will be liable for all postage costs incurrd by us

    all cancellations must be notified to us in writing

     

     

    international deliveries

    delivery outside uk will be paid in full by customer

    baysports will not be responsible for any custom fees or duty fees

     

    orders that wish to be exchanged shall be returned to us at customers own costs
